Lovely 3 bedroom apartment located ju st a few minutes from the town of La Tercia with it's bars, resturants and shops. 


The beautiful historic city of Murcia is only 20 minutes' drive away. The name of the resort is slightly misleading as there is no golf course, however there are several championship courses close by for golfers to enjoy. The resort does have many recreational features such as, tennis courts, basketball/five a-side pitch, bowling green, free gym and 9 swimming pools throughout the resort. There is also an onsite bar. There is ample parking throughout the resort. There are great views of the hills typical of this region all around. 


All on one level: The property is situated in a quite location and there is a family commual pool a few steps to the rear with a children's play area containing swings, slides, etc. on a rubber matted safety floor. 


Through the front entrance of the apartment block you will enter a very clean lobby area with a lift to the upper floors and additional storage space. Once in the apartment you will come to a comfortable living/dining area with feature fireplace containg an electric fire and an ornamental chandelier to the dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is a self-contained, well designed kitchen with plenty of worktop and storage space. To the rear of the kitchen is a seperate utility room whitch is a rare feature for apartments in Spain. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely conservatory accessed through the patio doors. 


The conservatory provides access to the nicely maintained garden area to the rear of the apartment. Just off the living/dining area is a small lobby leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is the smaller of the double bedrooms but still ample room to house a double bed with fitted wardrobe. Next is the first of the bathrooms with superb shower. The master bedroom is a great size with intergrated double wardrobe and a lovely en-suite bathroom. Finally, there is one last double bedroom with intergrated double wardrobe. 


Externally, there is a lovely garden area bound by a low wall and wooden gate. The garden has low maintainance artifical grass and is a lovely area to sit and enjoy the sun or have a barbeque or entertain friends. The garden also provides access to a solid built storage area with a secure lockable door. In cooler weather the conservatory provides a nice haven to sit and enjoy outside.


The apartment has air conditioning/ cold-hot inverter heaters throughout and fly screens to every window (a must have in Spain). 


This is a fantastic apartment for a permanent life in Spain or as a holiday home with ample room for visiting family and friends. The apartment is listed at a very reasonable asking price however, the owners will concider senisble offers.
